Team members, support tickets, and control branding

TeamsDashboardEditor

Workspaces become multi-player: invite teammates with roles onto your plan's seats, manage everything from Dashboard → Members, and get help without leaving the app via Dashboard → Support.

New

  • Team seats per plan (Starter 2 · Pro 10 · Enterprise 20) with owner/admin/editor/viewer roles, emailed + in-app invitations, and a workspace switcher; billing stays owner-only, always.
  • Dashboard → Support submits real tickets (with screenshots) straight into our support queue — and stays reachable even when a subscription has lapsed.
  • Project Settings → Branding → Interactive Controls: brand the Number Input +/− steppers and slider to match your store, with automatic text-contrast so the glyphs stay legible on any accent color.

Fixed

  • Invitees without an existing account no longer dead-end on the sign-in screen — the invitation link lets them set a password directly.

Email that reaches the inbox

EmailSecurity

A full deliverability pass across every email the platform sends: proper plain-text alternatives, canonical links, one-click unsubscribe on reminder mail, admin-editable templates for all account emails, and a delivery-events view that shows what the recipient's mail server actually said.

New

  • All six account emails (trial reminders, signup verification, password recovery) are now admin-editable templates with live preview and test sends.
  • Admin → Settings → Email → Delivery Events shows verified per-recipient outcomes (delivered, bounced, spam) — not just "sent".
  • Project Settings → Email → "Check my domain" verifies your SPF/DMARC/MX setup before your quote emails silently bounce.

Fixed

  • Password recovery is now sent through our own branded transport — admin-triggered resets previously reported success without sending anything.
  • Scheduled trial reminders no longer link to a dead domain.
  • Project notification emails no longer clip in Gmail: configuration summaries and form fields are bounded, with the full data always on the request record and PDF.

AR carries your configuration, plus a dashboard quality pass

ARDashboardEditor

Scanning the AR QR code on desktop now hands your phone the exact configuration on screen — materials, options, and placed modules — instead of the project defaults, and the admin/dashboard surfaces got a round of accuracy fixes.

New

  • AR handoff sessions: the desktop QR encodes a snapshot of the configured model (iOS USDZ + Android GLB) plus every selection, restored on the phone instantly.
  • A mobile "View in your space" call-to-action and an optional AR prompt banner for organic mobile visitors.

Improved

  • Admin → Users: accurate billing filter chips (Paid = real Stripe subscriptions only), online-first sorting, search by id, and pagination.
  • Shopify SKU validation self-heals after switching stores, and the connection test now warns when the app is missing the read_products scope.

Fixed

  • Quote PDF header logos are no longer squeezed — every embedded image keeps its natural aspect ratio.
  • "Generate PDF" no longer hangs for minutes when a screenshot URL stalls; image fetches are bounded and parallel.
  • The editor's mobile panel buttons are visible in both light and dark mode.
  • SVG uploads from Illustrator/Inkscape (with generator comments or DOCTYPEs) no longer fail validation in Assets → Graphics.
